Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options through USPS:
- Economy Shipping (Standard delivery time)
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Priority Mail Express (Expedited option at a higher cost)
Please Note:
- The delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed off to USPS, we have no control over delivery speed.
- We are located in California, so shipping times vary depending on the destination. Holidays and peak seasons (especially for shipments to Hawai'i and international destinations) may cause additional delays beyond our control.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping through USPS, but we cannot guarantee delivery times due to customs processing.
- Some destinations require a country code to complete shipment. If there are any issues, we will reach out to request additional details.
- Customs may hold or delay packages, and we are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or delays. If a package is stopped by customs, the customer must work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
- Tracking details are emailed 1-2 days after ordering, once your order has been invoiced.
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting us right away so we can help resolve the issue.
- If your package is lost or stolen, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim, as we are unable to take responsibility for missing packages once they are marked as delivered.
- If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will need additional information before attempting redelivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges with the following guidelines:
Return & Exchange Policy
- Return Window: Customers may return items within 30 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping: Customers must cover return shipping costs unless we made an error (e.g., wrong size or incorrect item sent).
- Exchanges: We offer even exchanges for a different size or style. The original item must be returned first before we process the exchange.
- Item Condition: All returned/exchanged items must be in new, unworn, and resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and seasonal releases (such as the Aloha Box) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged—except under special circumstances.
