Shipping & returns

All sales are final — no returns or exchanges. Everything else you might ask before checkout is answered here.

• Do you accept returns or exchanges?+

  No. All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges, including on sale and promotional items. Please double-check your size and color before you check out.

• What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?+

  If your order arrives damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, email support@avvabrand.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.

• Can I cancel or change my order?+

  Orders move to fulfillment quickly. If you need a change, email support@avvabrand.com immediately with your order number — once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled or modified.

• How do your fits run?+

  Most AVVA pieces run true to size with a slightly relaxed surf-streetwear fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser drape, size up.

• How much is shipping and how fast do you ship?+

  Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Hawai‘i. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location — we do not offer free shipping at this time.

• Do you ship internationally?+

  Yes. We ship across the United States and internationally. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer.
