This site (avvabrand.com) is operated by AVVA — Ambassadors With Aloha, based in Hawaiʻi. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or shop, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us: your name, email, phone, shipping address and order details when you sign up for our newsletter, submit a form, or check out.

Information collected automatically: pages you view, products you look at, items you add to your bag, device and browser type, IP address and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. When you browse our site, it shares with Meta the pages you visit, products you view (product SKU, price and currency) and items you add to your bag, along with your browser and device information, IP address and Meta cookies.

We use this to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show our ads to people likely to be interested in AVVA. Meta processes this data under its own Data Policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy).

We do not run the Meta Pixel for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.

Shopify processes our store, cart and checkout, including payment and shipping details.

Klaviyo sends our emails and tracks site activity (products viewed, items added to bag, checkouts started) so we can send relevant messages to subscribers.

Hosting and infrastructure providers help us run the site securely.

To process and ship orders, answer questions, send emails you signed up for, improve the site, measure our advertising, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Unsubscribe from emails anytime with the link at the bottom of any email.

Control ads: adjust your Ad Preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info.

Block or clear cookies in your browser settings; this also stops the Meta Pixel and Klaviyo tracking on your device.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights, including opting out of the sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
