Returns & Refunds
All AVVA orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges — including for sizing, fit, or change of mind. Please review sizing and product details carefully before ordering, and reach out to us at support@avvabrand.com before you buy if you have any questions. We're always happy to help you find the right fit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind every piece. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@avvabrand.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review it and make it right with a replacement or refund — at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
All items are final sale. This includes sale items, gift cards, seasonal releases (such as the Aloha Box), and custom or personalized products.
